Precautions when starting permanent magnet variable frequency screw air compressor

1. The air compressor can only be started when the indoor temperature of the air compressor room is kept above 5°C.

 

2. Close the sliding door of the exhaust air outlet of the air compressor unit that is not open, and close the indoor hot air exhaust outlet to ensure the indoor temperature.

 

3. Make sure that the outlet valve (electric) of the dryer is open before starting the machine.

 

4. Turn on the dryer 5 minutes before turning on the air compressor.

 

5. Before starting the machine, check whether the oil level of the air compressor is between the two normal red scale lines (note: when the unit is running under load, it is normal for the cooling oil level to be low), if it is too low, stop immediately and add to the specified value range; check whether the unit has obvious oil leakage.

 

6. When the permanent magnet frequency conversion screw air compressor is started in cold winter, the ambient temperature is low and the viscosity of the oil is high, and the slow oil supply to the machine head will cause high temperature shutdown.

 

7. Ensure that the indoor ambient temperature is above 15°C during operation, and properly discharge hot air into the room to increase the ambient temperature (when the indoor temperature is high, the sliding door can be properly opened; when the indoor temperature is low, close the sliding door and discharge hot air to the room to ensure Room temperature).

 

8. If the permanent magnet frequency conversion screw air compressor unit in operation finds abnormal conditions such as oil leakage and abnormal noise, please stop it in time, and restart it after confirming that the fault has been eliminated.

 

9. After shutting down, be sure to close the sliding door of the outdoor air outlet to ensure the indoor ambient temperature.

 

10. Clean up the sundries around the air compressor and internal oil pollution, and use the lighting in the air compressor room as soon as possible.

 

11. If the machine has not been started for a long time, before starting up again, remove the intake control valve, add an appropriate amount of cooling oil of the same brand from the air intake of the main engine, and turn the compressor by hand for several revolutions.
