  1. The all-in-one cold dryer does not start
  • ① Check whether the air dryer is correctly connected to the power supply.
  • ②Check if the neutral line is missing.
  • ③ Check whether the switch is malfunctioning.
  • ④ Check whether the high and low voltage protectors have tripped for protection.
  • ⑤ Check whether the pressure of the evaporation pressure gauge is normal.
  • ⑥ Check whether the compressor vibrates, if there is heat and vibration, check whether there is any problem with the starting capacitor.


  1. Fault phenomenon: the exhaust temperature of the unit is high (over 100 ℃)
  • ① The coolant level of the unit is too low (it should be visible from the oil sight glass, but not more than half);
  • ② The oil cooler is dirty; the oil filter core is blocked; the temperature control valve is faulty (the component is broken);
  • ③Fan motor failure: trigger the AC contactor of the fan to check whether the fan rotates
  • ④Temperature sensor failure: When the machine is running, observe whether the display temperature has a large digital span and jumps randomly
  • ⑤ The exhaust duct is not smooth or the exhaust resistance (back pressure) is large, and there is a block at the cooling air outlet
  • ⑥The ambient temperature exceeds the specified range (38°C or 46°C);
  • ⑦In case of high temperature caused by replacing the inverter and changing the line, check whether the motor is running forward according to the direction indicated by the host.
  • Solution:
  • ① Replace the coolant and oil filter
  • ② Use high-pressure air to blow the radiator and the filter screen of the door panel inside the chassis
  • ③If the temperature of the fan is above 95 degrees or the fan does not start on time when the display shows that the fan is started, please contact the after-sales personnel in time.


  1. Fault phenomenon: the oil consumption of the unit is large or the compressed air has a large oil content
  • ①The amount of coolant is too much, the correct position should be observed when the unit is loaded, and the oil level should not be higher than half at this time;
  • ② The oil return pipe is blocked;
  • ③ The installation of the oil return pipe (the distance from the bottom of the oil separation core) does not meet the requirements;
  • ④The exhaust pressure is too low when the unit is running; the oil separation core is broken;
  • ⑤ The internal partition of the separation cylinder is damaged; the unit has oil leakage;
  • ⑥The coolant has deteriorated and emulsified or has been used for an extended period of time.
  • ⑦The oil separation core used does not meet the equipment pressure density is not enough
  • Solution:
  • ① Open the oil discharge valve and check whether the discharged oil contains water or emulsification. If the water content is large, it should be replaced in time.
  • ②Replace the oil separation element and filter element
  • ③ Unclog the oil return pipe.


  1. Fault phenomenon: low unit pressure
  • ①The intake valve is faulty, resulting in the failure of normal air intake
  • ②The air filter is dirty, causing the air intake to be blocked
  • ③Pipeline valve problem, there is air leakage or the valve is not closed, resulting in abnormal air pressure
  • ④ There is a drying machine, or other exhaust units
  • ⑤ Air compressor selection problem
  • ⑥The machine head problem, the screw gap increases, or the bearing is damaged
  • Solution:
  • ①Remove the air filter during operation and check whether the air inlet is open. If it is opened normally, check whether there is any air leakage at the back
  • ② Slow pumping occurs, try to take down the air filter element to see if it is normally pumped
  • ③If the air inlet does not open, check the voltage of the solenoid valve and check the fuse
  • ④Adjust the pressure relief screw of the intake valve to see if the intake valve does not open due to suffocation of the cylinder.
