For the selection of low-pressure screw air compressors with lower processing energy consumption, the working pressure required by the gas end should be determined, and then the corresponding pressure should be increased according to the gas pipeline, the number of inflection points, and the potential air leakage points.
If the required pressure is greater than 0.8MPa, it is necessary to choose an air compressor with the corresponding pressure, and it cannot be forced to pressurize on the basis of the original 0.8MPa air compressor to avoid accidents. In textile chemical fiber, glass blowing, bag dust removal, biological fermentation and other industries, the pressure required for daily production is low. If you choose an air compressor of 0.8MPa, it will cause waste. Exhaust volume is one of the basic parameters of the air compressor. The air supply volume should be in line with the enterprise’s air demand, and a 10% margin should be set aside. If the exhaust volume of the air compressor is small and the air consumption is large, the exhaust pressure of the air compressor will be greatly reduced, and the air tools cannot be driven; otherwise, it will cause waste.
