General operation of air compressor air circuit control system
1) Before starting, the intake unloading valve is closed. After starting, a small amount of air is inhaled from the throttle hole of the intake unloading valve. Due to the function of the minimum pressure valve, the oil and gas cylinder gradually builds up pressure to ensure that the lubricating oil is sprayed into the body for lubrication.
2) Load operation After the star-delta step-down start is completed, the time is extended for a few seconds, the loading solenoid valve is energized and opened, the pressure in the oil and gas cylinder is gradually opened through the intake unloading valve, and the compressor enters the load operation state. When the pressure exceeds 0.45Mpa, the minimum pressure valve is also opened, and the compressed air is output from it. When the system pressure reaches the set pressure of the inverse proportional valve, the inverse proportion starts to work, automatically adjusting the air supply volume of the compressor to keep the air supply volume and air consumption in balance, which is the stepless air volume adjustment function.
3) Unloading operation When the gas consumption is small or not in use, the exhaust pressure will reach the upper limit set by the microcomputer control. At this time, the loading solenoid valve is powered off and closed. On the one hand, the intake valve that loses the control pressure is automatically closed. On the other hand, the vent valve is opened, and the pressure in the oil and gas tank is gradually released (discharged to the air inlet) of the compressor. Enter the uninstall running state. When the duration of the unloading running state reaches the set value, the machine will stop automatically. When the system pressure drops to the lower limit set by the microcomputer controller, the machine will reload and run.
After the work is over, press the stop button, the machine will enter the unloading running state, and it will stop automatically after a few tens of seconds.
