The differential pressure value is adjusted with the differential knob at the bottom, if it is rotated counterclockwise, the differential pressure value of the air compressor will decrease, and if it is rotated clockwise, the differential pressure value will increase. The recommended minimum differential pressure is 0.06MPa, and the adjustment range is 0.06~0.25MPa.
2. Air filter
Dust in the inhaled air is blocked in the filter to avoid premature wear of the screw air compressor and clogging of the oil separator. Usually, the filter element needs to be replaced after 1000 hours of operation or one year, in dusty areas , the replacement interval should be shortened. The filter must be shut down for maintenance. In order to reduce downtime, it is recommended to replace it with a new or cleaned spare filter element.
Cleaning filter steps:
a. Tap both ends of the filter element against a flat surface in turn to remove most of the heavy and dry dust.
b. Use dry air less than 0.28MPa to blow in the direction opposite to the inhaled air. The distance between the nozzle and the folded paper is at least 25 mm, and blow up and down along its length.
c. If there is grease on the filter element, it should be washed in warm water dissolved with non-foaming detergent, soak the filter element in this warm water for at least 15 minutes, and rinse with clean water in the hose, do not use heating to accelerate it Dry, a filter element can be washed 5 times, and then discarded and cannot be reused.
d. Put a light in the filter element for inspection. If thinning is found, the pinhole or damage should be discarded.
The inner and outer surfaces of the pipes of the cooler should be kept clean, otherwise the cooling effect will be reduced, so it should be cleaned regularly according to the working conditions.
4. Gas storage tank/oil-gas separator
The gas storage tank/oil-gas separator is manufactured and inspected according to the pressure vessel standard and shall not be modified arbitrarily.
5. Safety valve
The safety valve installed on the gas storage tank/oil-gas separator should be inspected at least once a year, and the adjustment of the safety valve should be carried out by a professional Kunming person. The lever should be loosened at least once every three months to make the valve open and close once to ensure The safety valve works normally.
(1) The inspection steps are as follows:
a. Close the air supply valve
b. Connect to the water source
c. Start the unit
d. While observing the working pressure, slowly turn the adjusting bolt of the pressure regulator clockwise. When the pressure reaches the specified value, the safety valve has not been opened or has opened before reaching the specified value, then it must be adjusted.
(2) The adjustment steps are as follows:
a. Remove the cap and lead seal
b. If the valve is opened too early, loosen the lock nut and tighten the positioning bolt for half a turn. If the valve is opened too late, loosen the lock nut for about one turn and loosen the positioning bolt for half a turn.
c. Repeat the inspection steps. If the safety valve still cannot be opened at the specified pressure value, adjust it again.
6. Experiment with digital display thermometer:
The inspection method of the digital display thermometer is to put its thermocouple and a reliable thermometer in an oil bath. If the temperature deviation is greater than or equal to +/-5%, the thermometer should be replaced.
7. Motor overload relay
Under normal circumstances, the contacts of the relay should be closed, and when the current exceeds the rated value, it will open and cut off the power supply of the motor.
