Post-processing equipment is the final step in which the air is compressed by the air compressor and output to the storage tank. It mainly includes dryers, air storage tanks, precision filters, etc. These matters must be paid attention to when operating these post-processing equipment.
1. Dryer
Make sure that the automatic drainer drains water normally every day. If it cannot drain, clean it in time. Observe the operation conditions at any time to see whether the high and low pressure end pressures of the refrigerant and the pressures of various instruments and pipelines indicate normal operating positions.
2. Gas storage tank
The moisture contained in the compressed air will condense into liquid water after entering the air storage tank, so the air storage tank must also be drained every day. After the water is drained, close the drain valve. The pressure gauge and safety valve must also be calibrated regularly to prevent safety accidents caused by excessive pressure in the gas storage tank.
3.Precision filter
The compressed air is one step away from becoming finished compressed air. This step is to further remove impurities and moisture that may be contained in the compressed air until it reaches qualified standards. Because in addition to draining water every day, precision filters also need to pay attention to regular replacement of filter elements.
