Among them, the oil filter element and the oil fine separator element are all vulnerable spare parts of the air compressor. In addition, there are air filter elements, and the air compressor oil needs to be replaced regularly.
(1) The recommended running time of the air filter element is 1500h, and it needs to be cleaned regularly. Generally, it should be purged once every 2 to 4 weeks, and an air source below 2kg should be used for purging.
(2) It is recommended to run the air compressor oil for 2000h for sampling and analysis, and decide whether to replace it according to the test results.
(3) It is recommended to replace the oil filter element after running for 3500h, or when the oil injection pressure is lower than 0.25mpa.
(4) It is recommended to replace the oil filter element after running for 5000h, or if the oil partial pressure difference exceeds 0.055mpa, it is recommended to replace it. The air compressor filter element is the core component of the filter. It is made of special materials and is a wearing part. It needs special maintenance and maintenance. The filter paper in the equipment is also one of the keys. The filter paper in the filter equipment is usually made of ultra-fine fiber paper filled with synthetic resin, which can filter impurities and has strong dirt storage capacity.
